Abstract

|
|
Pseudoaneurysm after total hip arthroplasty (THA) is a rare and unusual complication. Pseudoaneurysm after THA
results from direct vascular injury, indirect vascular injury including retraction, stretching and during acetabular
screw fixation. We report a case of pseudoaneurysm of inferior gluteal artery after THA, which was successfully
treated by percutaneous transcatheter embolization.
